The Bird, the Cult and 25 Years: Our Bayside Designs Explained
Every Bayside design in our shop points back to a record, a song or a piece of the band's art. Here is what you are looking at.
Why is there a bird on so many designs?
The bird on a leafy branch is the emblem fans know best, often paired with the serif BAYSIDE wordmark. You will find it in white, gold, mint, red, orange, distressed and even floral, on the front of most of our two-sided designs.
Which albums show up?
- Sirens and Condolences (2004): a SIRENS bird design and a tracklist print with all eleven songs, from Masterpiece to Guardrail.
- The Walking Wounded (2007): the album title in tight hand-drawn letters.
- Killing Time (2011): an astronaut drifting through space.
- Interrobang (2019): a big orange ?! mark.
What about the songs?
How to Fix Everything from the debut, Strangest Faces, Go to Hell and How to Ruin Everything from the newer records, and Prayers, a 2019 single, each have their own illustrated design.
What do the anniversary designs mean?
Bayside formed in 2000, so 2025 marked 25 years, celebrated on The Errors Tour from Buffalo in March to Huntington, New York, in September. Our 25 Years, Errors and tour-date designs all come from that milestone.
Which designs are just for fun?
BAYSIDE IS A CULT in several styles, a gorilla climbing a New York skyscraper, a hometown baseball logo, a cartoon mouse and a sitcom-style title card with the band's faces.
